1. Who we are

Care Mimo is operated by GOOD STORE GROUP LTDA, registered under CNPJ 52.331.136/0001-88, headquartered at Rua Joaquim Leão, 191, Pitangueiras, Lambari/MG, CEP 37480-000, Brasil, email contato@goodstoregroup.com, website https://goodstoregroup.com/, the controller of the data processed in the app.

2. Data we collect

• Caregiver account: email, business name, language.
• Children: name, date of birth, and health data (allergies, medications, notes), plus attendance and rates.
• Guardians: name, phone, email, relationship, and language.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use it

We use the data to operate the app (record attendance, compute balances, generate reports and messages), process the subscription, and provide support. We do not sell your data or show advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (including Brazil's LGPD).

5. Children's data

Children's data is entered by the caregiver, who confirms having the legal guardian's authorization. We do not direct advertising to children and process this data solely for childcare-management purposes.

6. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Google/Firebase (hosting and database), and WhatsApp (only when the caregiver chooses to send a message; the content is built in the app and opened in WhatsApp).

7. Storage and international transfer

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. Because the service is also used in the United States, international data transfer may occur, always with appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

The daily log is ephemeral and deleted automatically (keeping only recent entries). Other data is kept while the account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data (per-account access control, security rules, and encryption in transit). No system is 100% immune, but we work to reduce risks.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about the processing of your data by writing to contato@goodstoregroup.com.

11. Local storage

We use local storage only for basic preferences, such as the chosen language.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
