Care Mimo

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Care Mimo app ("Mimo"), operated by GOOD STORE GROUP LTDA, registered under CNPJ 52.331.136/0001-88, headquartered at Rua Joaquim Leão, 191, Pitangueiras, Lambari/MG, CEP 37480-000, Brasil, email contato@goodstoregroup.com, website https://goodstoregroup.com/. By creating an account or using Mimo, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Mimo is a management tool for child caregivers (family child care): tracking attendance, rates, payments, a daily log, and child profiles. Mimo is only an organization tool and does not provide childcare services nor replace the caregiver's legal obligations.

3. Account

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.

4. Plans and payment

The free plan allows up to 3 children. The Mimo Plus plan costs US$ 12.90/month, charged via Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Except where required by law, amounts already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

5. User responsibilities

The caregiver is solely responsible for the data they enter, including data about children and their guardians. By entering a child's data, you confirm that you have the legal guardian's authorization to process it in Mimo. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to enter illegal or third-party content without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Mimo, its brand, design, and code belong to GOOD STORE GROUP LTDA. The data you enter remains yours.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mimo is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOOD STORE GROUP LTDA is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on information in the app.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in the district of Lambari/MG, except where consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
